On February 24, 2023, PR PASS Workshop invited a diverse group of students, community collaborators, non-profit organizations, private entities, and municipalities to an "environmental coffee break." During the breakfast activity at the Restaurante Dale Ahí de Manatí (next to the town hall), opportunities were discussed to develop Federal proposals aimed at increasing citizen participation and multisectoral collaboration on environmental issues. During the event, we had tables where attendees could talk about the issues of the calls alongside problems and opportunities that could be studied or addressed. As a result of this dialogue, PR PASS Workshop committed to developing at least one, and perhaps more, action proposals.
